Where it all began
Laser Quest was formed in 1988 after many months’ of research into the laser space games market. The world’s first Laser Quest venue opened in Manchester City centre in 1989 with prototype equipment imported from New Zealand.
With the Laser Tag concept proven, new equipment was developed and produced in the UK. The equipment has been subject to continual research and development ever since.
There are currently over 100 Laser Quest centres operating worldwide with 60 centres based in the UK and Ireland. The world’s longest running Laser Quest centre is based in Stourbridge UK which opened in 1992.
Laser Quest is proud to be the UK’s favourite brand of Laser Tag, franchising 40 sites and counting. We are the market leader in the UK, operating more centres than any other name in Laser Tag.
